Dirk and Vaughan have been in the hospitality Industry since 1998, having had Silverleaf Estate in Hout Bay, The Tuscany in the Wilderness as well as Trails End Holiday Resort in The Garden Route. All our establishments were highly recommended and we enjoyed many return visits from our guests that became friends. The favourite place was always THE HONESTY BAR where strangers became friends and many an impromptu party or barbeque was organised. We have now relocated to Durban and opened 25 on 12th Guesthouse where we are going to b}e offering the same hospitality to the Kwazulu Natal market. It is a place where businessmen can feel at home have the choice of having an scintillating South African meal if they feel so inclined, yet still have the privacy and independence that they need. For the International as well the local tourist market it will be a home where you can put your feet up and enjoy once again with option of Dinner included at an additional fee. The guesthouse will be run personally with us the your beck and call.

Situated on the East Coast of South Africa, we are spoiled by sparkling white sandy beaches washed by warm Indian Ocean currents. Durban is South Africa’s “Sunshine Coast” — a fun city with all-year round temperate climate. The city of Durban is known for being the sporting capital of South Africa, 25 on Twelfth is situated close to all of Durban’s major stadiums and sport centers.
